At Amâre Atelier, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the following guidelines on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and [other specific items, e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.].
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@amare-atelier.com. Include your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll respond with the next steps and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Domestic Returns: For domestic orders, return shipping costs may be covered by us or deducted from your refund, depending on your location. Please check with us for details.
3.2 International Returns: For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5 business days for processing. Upon approval, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
