Return & Refund Policy

💝 All pieces at Amaré Atelier are handmade originals. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of each artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at v.genova@amare-atelier.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, as each work is created specifically for you.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, email, shipping address). We never sell or share your data with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted system.

Terms of Service
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18+ years of age and agree to our policies. Amaré Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
