Every piece is professionally packed with acid-free materials and high-impact cushioning.

Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union. Every shipment is insured and tracked — you receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork leaves the atelier. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of the artwork and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Domestic orders within Bulgaria typically arrive within a few business days; delivery times for your country are shown at checkout.

Shipping outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or the USA) is available on request — please contact us.

Damage in transit

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at v.genova@amare-atelier.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — see right of withdrawal. Commissioned works made to your specifications are excluded.
